Shipping the hull

Setting Sail
The Vaan R4-01 set sail for the first time late December.
The Final Stage
The Vaan R4 was moved to Vaan hometown Hellevoetsluis for the final stage: rigging. We’ll be sailing very shortly now.

The First Cut
The first cut of the Vaan R4-01 occurred this week at www.snijtechniek-brabant.nl. The first post consumer scrap recycled aluminium sheet by www.hydro.com is cut using a CNC milling machine.
