  Working with and guiding the production team, train installers, monitor quality and progress, seek process improvements and maintain team spirit!
• General Yacht installers
  Deck-gear, Decking, Steering systems, Rigging, Running rigging etc.
• Electrical and Electronics installers:
  Cabling, 230VAC, 48VDC, 24VDC, Ethernet, NMEA2K, KNX, B&G, VHF etc.
• Water, Waste and Climate system installers:
  Piping, Hoses, Draining, Pumps, Air-ducts, HVAC systems etc.
• 3D engineer/designer:
  Inventor, Rhino, Fusion 360, Autocad etc.
